The Consulting Group was established in 2004 by founders Allan Solemnidad and Jeff Lipis.  Both Allan and Jeff are former PeopleSoft consultants.  While on a particular engagement, the two consultants were left alone to support an abandoned project.  The two worked tirelessly through many challenges to resolve issues and assist in every aspect of the implementation to help the project get back on track.  In the process, the two gained the trust, relationship, and hearts of the client.

 

Today Jeff and Allan are consulting partners of a proud company of a family of TCG consultants.  Both are still taking care of customers.  Both are still building relationships and doing whatever it takes to get the job done.  Their success has been the stepping stone and foundation for many consultants who have helped other clients in the same way.  Together the company continues to grow on that same fundamental philosophy of going above and beyond to take care of the customers and help them reach their goals.
