Do I have to be a PeopleSoft Alumni to work with TCG?
No, definitely not. As long as you believe in the same "Outrageous Customer Service" that we do, we will gladly accept you into our family.
Do you only provide recruiting services for PeopleSoft related opportunities?
No. TCG was founded by PeopleSoft consultants. That's just the beginning. Because we were consultants, we know how they work, what they eat, who they know, and why they do what they do. Therefore, we can find consultants of any kind whether it be Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, Siebel or your tough to find Network Engineer.
I'm tired of the road, but want to continue consulting. Are there opportunities for remote work with TCG?
Yes, we often get asked to find consultants who can work remotely. As you can imagine, these are in very high demand these days. We also, here at TCG, have various remote opportunities from time to time. Let us know if you are interested in working remote. We may have something for you today!
How does your referral program work?
Very lucratively(for you)!
If you refer us to a client or vendor, and TCG ends up contracting with that client, we will pay you a negotiated hourly rate for every hour any, and all, of our consultants end up working for that client. Yes, it could be very profitable for you. That client is considered yours and you continue to make the commission as long as we work for them.
If you refer us a consultant, and TCG ends up contracting with that client, we will pay you a negotiated hourly rate for every hour that consultant works through a TCG contract.
There are a few more details we need to discuss, so contact us if you are interested. BTW...you consultants interested in remote work, this is the easiest way to make some quick cash.

Absolutely, if you think you've got what it takes we will help you to start your business and give you advice, guidance, and referrals to other organizations in the TCG network who can get your business started right away.
