Who better to find you a PeopleSoft Resource than a former PeopleSoft consultant?
We, at The Consulting Group, utilize our uniqueness of being former "PeopleSoft Inc" consultants, to help our clients find PeopleSoft Resources throughout the nation. Each day, we work with many clients, including some of the top PeopleSoft integrators in the industry, to help find the perfect PeopleSoft Resource(s) for their teams. We are not your average recruiting firm, and our difference stands out amongst consultants and our clients.
Consultants
-
The majority of our consultants are functional and technical PeopleSoft Alumni consultants specializing in HR, Financials, CRM and Student Admin modules. Throughout a normal business day, we get numerous emails from fellow consultants wanting us to represent them on their next project. We are not your average recruiter and the consultants know it immediately. Each consultant we provide gets screened by one of our PeopleSoft Resource Specialists but that's not all. We then continue to have the consultant interviewed again by a PeopleSoft expert in their respective field. Here at The Consulting Group, we are former consultants therefore, we know the questions to ask to determine if the consultant is the right fit. Consultants are frequently surprised by the detailed "How do you code/upgrade/etc..." questions we ask. We always hear "A recruiter has never asked us such detailed questions like that before." We find you the right PeopleSoft Resource the first time, saving you time from having to sift through various resumes to eventually find the right fit.
Cost
We charge a competitive, fixed, flat fee per Resource. We do this for two reasons.
-
The consultant is aware of this, and is therefore more willing to work with us because they are making more money. Many recruiters in this industry take advantage of the consultant by taking large percentages of the bill rate. Being former consultants, we understand this frustration.
-
Our clients know we are not mistreating the consultant. A happy, monetarily satisfied, consultant is what our clients want. Unhappy consultants will always be looking for that better project, which usually results in turnover and unexpected budget costs for the client.
