Mr. Jeff Lipis has worked as a PeopleSoft consultant for the County of Riverside since the inception of our PeopleSoft E&G HRMS and Financials implementation in January 2000, and continues to this day in a post production support role. Jeff has proven very capable in supporting both complex PeopleSoft system administration and programming tasks. Jeff's versatile skills make him a valued consultant who can be assigned diverse and complex tasks. He was instrumental in leading the development of a number complex custom modification, which were required to support the County's business process. Including, but not limited to; complex cash reconciliation Interface that was required to reconcile cash between PeopleSoft GL and a stand alone Treasury system, an automated document launch facility that enabled the County to integrate contract documents into the PeopleSoft Purchase Order module, and the design and development of a web based report distribution infrastructure based on HP/Dazel. His technical knowledge and interpersonal skills are the driving factors in his ability to successfully complete the responsibilities assigned to him. Of everyone on the project -- both the project management view, the identification of potential risks and the need to move forward were the most natural to your way of thinking, even though some of the consultants on board are more senior. Immediately upon arrival you were able to pick up an area of vulnerability that we faced, and although we targeted a date to have the issue resolved, our customer was not able to commit to the closure that we needed. As a consequence, we are now doing some re-work. I am not sure under the circumstances that we faced, there would be any other alternative, but just the ability to review and identify some of our needs was a real indication of talent.
